Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Operations Executive (Loans & Subsidy) to manage the end-to-end processing of government subsidy and business loan applications. The role requires close coordination with clients, banks, government departments, and internal teams to ensure timely documentation, compliance, and successful application processing.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end processing of government subsidy applications under Central and State Government schemes. Review, verify, and organize client documentation for completeness and compliance. Prepare and submit subsidy and loan applications within defined timelines. Coordinate with government departments, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for application processing and follow-ups. Track application status and provide timely updates to clients and management. Process business loans, MSME loans, working capital loans, and term loans. Verify KYC, financial documents, and applicant eligibility. Support loan sanction, disbursement, and post-disbursement documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and resolve documentation gaps. Maintain accurate digital and physical records while ensuring regulatory and company compliance. Prepare periodic MIS reports on application status, approvals, pending cases, and disbursements.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, financial services, or subsidy consulting. Good understanding of business loan documentation and operational processes. Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
