Shift: Rotational / Night Shift as per process requirement

Salary: 17k CTC - 26k CTC + Incentives

Role Overview

Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer interactions through voice and chat support channels. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and/or chat support.
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and update records in the system.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
• Achieve productivity, quality, and attendance targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
