Company: Roles & Responsibilty: 1. Production Planning & Scheduling Develop master production plans (MPP) and detailed shop-floor schedules in line with customer demand, contractual delivery commitments, and capacity availability. Translate sales forecasts, firm orders, and project milestones into executable production plans. Ensure smooth flow of work orders across machining, fabrication, assembly, special processes, and inspection stages. Monitor adherence to production plans and take corrective actions to mitigate delays or bottlenecks. 2. Material Planning & Inventory Control Drive MRP planning for raw materials, bought-out parts, consumables, and special process requirements.
