Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of scalable machine learning models and AI systems for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with architects and data engineers to bring models from research to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and latency in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ML development.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and MLOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying models to production using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
