About ChapterChapter is a design-build company specializing in high-end residential renovations across New York City, Miami, New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut.
We bring architecture, design, construction, and project management together under one integrated team to create a more seamless renovation experience for homeowners. Our focus is not simply building beautiful spaces. It's delivering projects through structure, communication, accountability, and execution.
The RoleWe are hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead renovation projects from pre-construction through final closeout. This is a role that bridges site supervision and office.
Here's what that means: You'll split your time on renovation sites and in the office. You need to be equally comfortable walking an interior renovation with a homeowner and GC, and managing budgets, submittals, and vendor coordination from the office. If you've been purely a site supervisor or purely an office PM, this might not be the fit.
