Emplify Health by Gundersen’s Elroy Family Medicine Clinic seeks a Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative primary care team serving patients across the lifespan.

The role is based in Elroy with occasional coverage at Wonewoc and Hillsboro, in a rural setting supported by Epic EMR, a strong specialty network, teaching opportunities, and a four-day workload option with no inpatient responsibilities.
