Position: Software Engineer

Duration: Forecasted through all of 2027

Target Start: November 16

Location: Carmel, IN | Eagan, MN | Little Rock, AR

Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week (Wed + Thurs)

Must-Haves

• Strong Java development experience
• Strong Oracle / SQL skills
• Full-stack capability, primarily backend focused
• Angular
• REST APIs
• Apache Kafka
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Git / GitHub
• CI/CD experience
• GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development experience

Nice-to-Haves

• Microsoft Azure
• Azure Blob Storage or similar integrations
• Performance testing / non-functional requirements validation

What We’re Looking For

• Mid-to-senior software engineers who can support and maintain legacy applications
• Comfortable working across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend/API development
• Technically opinionated and willing to voice recommendations
• Able to contribute within an established engineering team without needing to be the lead

Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
