Role Description

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in handling multiple calls and inquiries effectively

• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including maintaining an organized front desk and welcoming guests professionally

• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, with the ability to handle tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and basic computer usage

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and interact with a diverse group of people

• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
