We're Hiring – Pre-Sales Consultant (Enterprise & Government)
Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–4 Years

As we continue to expand across Enterprise, BFSI, and Government sectors, we are looking for a talented Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For:
✅ 3–4 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting
✅ Exposure to Enterprise, BFSI, and Government sector RFPs
✅ Understanding of ITSM, ITOM, Observability, NMS, APM, Log Management, or related enterprise monitoring solutions
✅ Strong documentation, proposal writing, and client communication skills
✅ Experience in conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
✅ Ability to translate customer requirements into compelling solution proposals
✅ Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and respond to Enterprise & Government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations of Motadata's ITSM, ITOM, Observability, and NMS solutions
• Conduct technical presentations, solution workshops, and executive briefings
• Support customer evaluations, POCs, and technical validations
• Prepare compliance matrices, solution documents, and technical proposals
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design winning solutions
• Position Motadata's value proposition against market competitors and customer requirements
• Ensure high-quality and timely responses for strategic opportunities
