Director, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Program

Hood College is seeking a full-time (12-month), tenure-track assistant/associate professor or non-tenure track (Professor of Practice) of Nursing who will serve as director for the newly created DNP/PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) program in Nursing. This new graduate program is part of the college’s growing nursing portfolio of programs. Under the collaborative leadership of the Chair of the Department of Nursing, Dean of the Ruth Whitaker Holmes School of Behavioral and Health Sciences, and Dean of the Graduate School, the Program Director of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Program is responsible for the leadership, administration, and development of and teaching in the PMHNP educational program. This role involves overseeing curriculum desig
