About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Landscape Designer to oversee the planning, design, and management of outdoor spaces within our luxury projects, planning, design, and management of outdoor areas for various high-end projects, ensuring all aspects adhere to established timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

Design Management:

• Lead the creation and execution of designs for outdoor spaces across several projects.
• Ensure timely completion of all design elements, including securing necessary approvals and making material selections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscape design.

Project Coordination:

• Deliver project milestones within specified deadlines.
• Conduct design reviews and approval meetings, ensuring effective data collection and timely updates in tracking systems.
• Undertake regular site visits to monitor the implementation of designs and facilitate snagging processes.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) efficiently to promote seamless project advancement.
• Collaborate effectively with external consultants for critical project drawings.
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials based on site needs.
• Work alongside the Sales team to align client expectations and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Improvement:

• Initiate and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency within the landscape design workflow.
• Actively participate in team collaboration and engage in learning and development opportunities.

Required Skills

• Proven experience within the Villa/Luxury Real Estate industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in outdoor space design and management.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
