Job Title: Maintenance General - Crib Attendant

Job Description:

Orders, receives, stores, and issues hand tools, machine tools, materials, janitorial supplies, equipment, PPE, and other items needed for daily production requirements.

Essential Functions and Activities:

• Issues tools, equipment, and other items to workers andmaintainsrecords of items issued and returned.
• Requisitionsstock/items to replenish inventory.
• Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools and equipment, andlocateslost or misplaced tools and equipment.
• Prepares periodic inventory ormaintainsperpetual inventory of tools,materials,and equipment.
• Inspects and measures tools and equipment for defects and wear andreportsdamage or wear to supervisors.
• Repairs, services, andlubricatestools and equipment.
• Marks andidentifiestools and equipment.
• Assistsother Maintenance personnel asrequired.
• Supports andparticipatesin Morgan Olson’s PPS team efforts.
• Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer-focusedand supporting continuous improvement activities.
• Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements/Hazards:

A job requires standing, stooping or bending, lifting, reaching,twistingand turning. Lifting will involve tools and supplies weighing anywhere from several pounds to50pounds. PPE: Steel toed safety shoes, Safety glasses with side shieldsare alwaysrequired. Other PPE such as hearing protection, gloves, safety goggles, dust/fume masks,etc.may be required depending upon the task at hand.
