Regional Manager – Loan Sanctioning

Hiring for " Regional Manager – Loan Sanctioning " in a Bank. Location-Mumbai Responsible for managing regional loan sanctioning operations for Group Loan and SBAL , ensuring adherence to credit policies, effective coordination between field teams and HO, credit quality, audit compliance, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate between field Loan Sanctioning Teams and Head Office. Review, recommend and approve loans as per defined credit policies. Conduct area surveys, peer performance checks and negative-area reviews. Monitor high-risk Business Units and low-performing staff; implement corrective action plans. Partner with Business and Collections teams to address field-level issues and improve portfolio quality. Monitor compliance with bank policies, audit observations and regulatory requirements. Conduct field visits and monitor LSO/LSA/AM performance based on control reports and audit findings. Manage credit administration, staff training, guidance and performance monitoring. Support manpower planning, recruitment, transfers and infrastructure requirements. Track and consolidate MIS/data from AM-LS teams and report key issues to senior management. Monitor market and competitor trends and recommend best practices. Require someone to join in 30 days .
