Job Purpose: The Senior Manager – Facilities & Administration will be the single point of accountability for streamlining, securing, and maintaining the physical infrastructure and daily operational logistics across our 9 manufacturing plants. This role bridges " Facilities ” (Housekeeping, Utilities & Assets) and "Administration” (Security, Visitor Mgmt., Statutory compliance, Employee Transport, Canteen, Travel Desk, Stationery, etc.) to ensure zero plant downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
