Position Details

• Role: Sr. Associate
• Location: Hyderabad
• Salary: Up to ₹4.2 LPA
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice/non-voice support.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Meet productivity and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
