We’re Hiring | Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts for a Solar Structure Manufacturng industry.
Location: Karnal | Work from Office
Experience: 8+ Years | CA Mandatory
Preferred Industry: Manfacturing Industry
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to lead finance operations, controls, working capital and business finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting, compliance & budgeting.
- Manufacturing finance, costing & plant accounting.
- Inventory, working capital & receivables management.
- Solar project finance, BGs, LCs & fund flow.
- ERP implementation & finance process improvement.
- P2P, O2C, Capex & internal controls.
- GST, taxation & audit management.
- Banking and treasury management.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ CA with 8+ years of experience.
✔️ Experience in Manufacturing / EPC / Solar.
✔️ SAP / Oracle or other Tier-1 ERP experience.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Ind AS & financial reporting.
✔️ Experience in costing, working capital & plant finance.
✔️ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
