What Our Client Is Looking For: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); additional certification in

CMA / CFA / Business Analytics

is a strong plus Prior experience working with

VC-funded companies

highly preferred Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and statutory requirements Exposure to fundraising processes, investor reporting, and financial due diligence Analytical mindset with ability to convert financial data into actionable business insights Proficiency in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and budgeting

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end financial accounting, compliance, and audits Support fundraising activities, including investor reporting and due diligence Drive financial planning, analysis, and business analytics initiatives Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, etc.) Collaborate with the client's leadership on financial strategy and decision-making Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts
