Sales Manager - River Coimbatore

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 3+ years in automobile / EV / retail sales

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Drive enquiries, test drives, bookings and retail conversions.
• Monitor individual sales performance and improve team productivity.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a high-quality buying experience.
• Implement local sales and marketing activities to generate leads.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, delivery and service teams for smooth customer handling.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure proper follow-up of all leads.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler or retail sales.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
• Knowledge of the Coimbatore market will be an advantage.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
