Are you detail-oriented, quality-driven, and passionate about delivering excellence? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive with experience in Quality Call Auditing within the US Healthcare sector to help maintain the highest service and compliance standards.

Your Role:

• Monitor and audit calls to ensure quality standards are met
• Evaluate communication, accuracy, compliance, and customer handling
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching for performance improvement
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and internal policies
• Prepare QA reports and highlight process improvement opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Quality Call Auditor / QA Executive
• Background in the US Healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Graduate / Master’s degree
• Brilliant communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Shift Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Location: Paragon City, Barki Road, Lahore
