Hiring Fashion Designer : Babli.in Ahmedabad (Khokhra) Full-Time | Work From Office Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred Babli is a growing D2C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics. We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear. Key Responsibilities • Trend research and collection development • Fabric selection and sourcing • Sampling, fitting, and garment development • Print, embroidery, and surface development • Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendors • Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets • Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launches • Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viability Preferred Experience • Women's western and fusion wear • Garment construction and product development • Fabric sourcing and textile knowledge • Embroidery and surface development • Sampling and fit corrections • Experience working with artisans and production teams Portfolio submission is mandatory.
