Job Title - Project Manager

Location - Remote

Experience Level: 5-8 years project coordination or project management experience

Contract Type: 6-Month Contractual Role - The contract may be extended or transitioned to a full-time position based on performance and ongoing project requirements.

Proposed Responsibilities:-

Project Coordination & Administration

Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Coordinate recurring project meetings and governance reviews. Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and documentation. Publish meeting minutes and distribute follow-up communications. Track action items and ensure owners are completing assigned tasks.

Status Reporting & Metrics

Gather updates from initiative owners and stakeholders. (Weekly Initiative Updates) Compile weekly and monthly project status reports. Track key milestones, deliverables, and project health indicators. Support benefit realization reporting by collecting and organizing data. (Pre Benefit Realization Meetings with the 7 functional areas)

Risk & Issue Management

Maintain Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs. Track mitigation plans and escalation items. Identify overdue deliverables and follow up with stakeholders. Escalate concerns requiring leadership attention.

Cross-Functional Support

Coordinate work across operational, business, and technology teams. Assist with testing coordination and readiness activities. Support project intake and work request processes. Maintain project documentation repositories.

Project Governance

Ensure reporting standards and governance requirements are followed. Prepare materials for leadership reviews and project updates. Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays. Support change management, communication, and implementation activities.
