AM/DM, Music Distribution

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional with prior experience of working closely with the music artist community and labels - ideally in artist management, distribution or a related domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing emerging talent. Key Responsibilities: • Identify rising independent artists on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Spotify etc. • Sign and manage artists for distribution • Identify labels / catalogues for acquisition. Evaluate revenues and close contracts for acquisition • Negotiate contract with artist • Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releases • Monitor and analyze KPI’s • Attend showcases and artist community events • Build relationships with managers/producers/songwriters
