Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct call monitoring and call auditing for sales processes.
- Perform regular call calibrations with Quality, Training, and Operations teams.
- Evaluate calls based on defined quality parameters and sales standards .
- Provide structured call feedback and coaching to sales executives.
- Identify quality and process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Track quality scores and maintain QA/MIS reports .
- Ensure adherence to process, sales, and compliance guidelines .
- Support continuous improvement in customer experience and sales performance .
Mandatory Requirements
✔️ Experience in Sales Process Quality / QA
✔️ Hands-on experience in Call Monitoring & Call Auditing
✔️ Experience in conducting Call Calibration
✔️ Strong experience in providing Call Feedback
✔️ Good understanding of sales processes and quality parameters
✔️ Strong communication and analytical skills
✔️ Ability to work closely with Operations and Training teams
