About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operations at The Promenade & Le Dupleix . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient front office operations, and strong team performance while maintaining the service standards of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including Reception, Concierge, Bell Desk and Guest Relations.
• Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, room allocation and billing processes.
• Lead, train and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Reservations and other departments for seamless hotel operations.
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, VIP arrivals, group movements and special occasions.
• Maintain high standards of guest interaction, grooming and service delivery.
• Monitor departmental performance, SOP compliance and operational procedures.
• Prepare and review Front Office reports, MIS and other operational documentation.
• Drive guest satisfaction, upselling opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Front Office/Rooms Division, with preferably 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role .
• Experience with a reputed hotel chain, preferably in luxury/upscale hospitality .
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of PMS and Front Office operations.
• Strong operational acumen with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
