Operations Executive – West

Primary Purpose of Role: Operations Executive – West reports solid line to the India Operations Manager; he/she has a daily work relationship to the RGM (Regional General manager) and the Channel partners and End Customers This role is responsible for providing Sales and Admin support to the region and enable the Regional Business Manager to achieve and exceed their sales targets and business objectives He/she ensures quality execution for the Country Operations Processes and needs to interface with the local Sales team, Vertical Managers, Corporate team, Supply Chain & Logistics, Regulatory, Service Operations and the Shared Service Center in Mumbai to ensure efficient and timely handling of our Lead to Order processes of the region he/ she works for.
