Role Summary

As an E2Open GTM Architect, the ideal candidate will oversee the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions at ARA's Client. They will lead teams through design and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the technical SME for E2Open Global Trade Management, collaborating with global clients.

Design and implement new business processes based on customer requirements.

Analyze current processes and develop innovative solutions leveraging established methods and tools.

Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment on key decisions.

Facilitate discussions to drive collaboration and enhance overall performance.

Contribute to the development of strategies that prepare the organization for change.

Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in E2Open Global Trade Management along with a mininmum total experience of 12 years.

Master proficiency in E2Open GTM software architecture principles.

Expertise in application architecture design.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with performance optimization in software design.

Familiarity with business process analysis tools.

Knowledge of functional designs.
