What You'll Do

Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion Generate and qualify B2 B leads through calls, email, and Linked In outreach Pitch SMG's storage & relocation solutions to corporate clients (HR, admin, procurement teams) Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closure using CRM tools Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding Meet monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and deals closed Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience in B2 B sales, inside sales, or telesales (freshers with strong communication skills welcome) Excellent verbal and written communication in English/Hindi Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environments Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and email outreach A go-getter attitude with hunger to grow in a fast-scaling startup
