We're hiring a Head Chef for our upcoming boutique wellness property in Mulshi - an hour from Pune, tucked into the Sahyadri hills, overlooking the lake. Small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.

Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country).

Who we're looking for

- 10-12 years in professional kitchens, with time spent leading or serving as the second-in-command of a full kitchen

- Strong menu design instincts - someone who thinks in seasons, sources hyperlocal, and can build a menu around what the land actually gives us

- Command of food operations end-to-end - costing, portioning, waste, kitchen roster, vendor management

- Deep respect for kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and food safety protocols

- Wellness-cuisine sensibility is a strong plus - knowing how to build something light, honest, and nourishing without dumbing down flavour
