We are looking for an energetic, highly presentable and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Channel Partner Manager .

The role will focus on building and managing strong relationships with IPC, DPC, commercial real estate consultants, brokers and channel partners to promote and lease our office spaces.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IPC & DPC networks and commercial real estate agents

• Promote our office spaces and managed office solutions through channel partners and direct client interactions

• Meet agents and corporate clients regularly to understand requirements and generate leasing opportunities

• Visit client offices and professionally present available office spaces and solutions

• Generate new leads through networking, market intelligence and social media platforms

• Research and collect relevant daily market, company and prospect data from social media and other digital platforms

• Coordinate property visits, proposals, follow-ups and client/agent meetings

• Work closely with the internal leasing team to convert opportunities into successful transactions

• Be willing to travel across projects and meet clients/agents as required

✔️ 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate / office leasing / channel sales / business development

✔️ Strong network or experience working with IPC, DPC and real estate consultants

✔️ Excellent English communication skills along with local language proficiency

✔️ Highly presentable, confident and professional

✔️ Strong relationship-building and networking skills

✔️ Good understanding of social media, online research and lead generation

✔️ Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented

✔️ Comfortable with client meetings, presentations and regular travel
