Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse Supervisor

This role oversees daily clinical operations, coordinates patient care, and supports a team of RNs and support staff. The coordinator ensures evidence-based practice, accurate assessments, and safe transitions of care for high-acuity patients. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, mentoring, and performance feedback, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring quality and patient safety metrics, and participating in process improvement.
