We are creating a platform aimed at transforming homebuilding in India. This solution lets clients share their ideas directly while considering important local construction factors - streamlining design to enhance collaboration and efficiency, and helping people bring their dream homes to life.

What you'll do

• Develop site layouts, concepts and detailed architectural designs from concept to documentation.
• Provide architectural frameworks as baselines for AI-driven development and integration.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to align designs with technical and material requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of design, technology and engineering.
• Refine designs through iterative reviews and feasibility assessments.

Skills & competencies

• Bachelors in Architecture from a reputed institution
• 2-5 years of hands on experience on AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and architectural visualisation and interior design tools.
• Proven track record developing detailed drawings and models for residential units.
• Familiarity with Delhi local building norms, guidelines and municipal approval processes.
• Good understanding of interior materials, able to create material palettes.
• Excellent communication, team leadership and consultant coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in a Startup environment.
