Responsibilities Manage a full Workers; Compensation caseload from intake through resolution. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, conferences, and settlement negotiations. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide legal guidance throughout thecase. Oversee the intake process and evaluate new matters. Supervise and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff. Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with all deadlines and Workers Compensation Board requirements. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active New York Bar admission and good standing. Minimum of 5 years of New York Workers Compensation experience. Fluent in Spanish and English preferred. Experience handling hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. xzbcwsv  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Salary $200,000 - $220,000.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off
