Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong interest in Marketing and Business Development . The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with prospects, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels and identify potential clients.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives to drive new opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels .
• Maintain and regularly update lead and customer databases/CRM .
• Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, proposals, and reports .
• Follow up with prospects and support the lead through the initial stages of the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities and client requirements .
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and business development activities and provide regular updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in interacting with clients and prospects .
• Basic understanding of B2B sales, marketing, lead generation, and business development .
• Good research, presentation, and analytical skills .
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace ; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn and take ownership .
