Venue Merchandise Seller - Part time

Prior to the event, you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the sellers are responsible for closing out, which includes a final count on the remaining merchandise that is returned, along with boxing the remaining inventory to help load to get remaining product back to the artists truck(s)What This Role Will Do:Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer serviceProperly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactionsPrepare your stand display before the event begins so that fans can view what is for saleInventory- all items must be physically counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the showAssist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information, such as pricing and sizingMust be able to ring up product properly by design and sizeWork in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environmentMaintain your stand throughout the duration of the eventWhat This Person Will Bring:Must be able to work the entire duration of the show … from count-in call time, show duration, and following the hours after the show to return count, pack, and organize supplies to close the standMust be able to lift to 30+ lbs. using proper lifting techniquesAbility to stand for long periods of timeDue to the hours scheduled, applicants must have reliable transportationMust have strong communication skillsPrior retail experience is a plusEqual Employment OpportunityWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
