Job Title: Music Teacher (Consultant role)

Responsibilities

• Teach music using various styles and methodologies, from beginner to advanced levels.
• Develop music curriculum and prepare structured lesson plans.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse group of students and teachers.
• Engage, encourage, and motivate students to achieve their musical goals.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Conduct both group and individual lessons as required.
• Prepare students for recitals, concerts, or school performances, including selecting suitable music pieces.
• Foster a fun, creative, and supportive learning environment.
• Stay updated with new teaching methods, musical trends, and integrate them into the curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• 3–4 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Proven ability to train students for recitals, performances, or competitions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, creative, dependable, and passionate about music education.
• Demonstrates patience, leadership, and the ability to inspire students.
