SLP Therapy Team Leader

Encompass Health is seeking an SLP Therapy Team Leader to guide a speech-language pathology team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will manage caseloads, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans, and provide advanced, evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy to adults recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You will mentor SLP staff, support clinical training, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PT/OT, and case management to optimize outcomes and uphold Encompass Health’s standards of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
