I'm partnering with a growing organization seeking an Operations Manager to support and lead multiple warehouse, production, and distribution facilities across a regional network.
This is an excellent opportunity for a successful Plant Manager, Distribution Manager, or Site Leader looking to expand their scope of responsibility and move into a multi-site leadership role.
What You'll DoProvide leadership and support to multiple warehouse and production operationsDrive operational performance, safety, quality, and customer service initiativesDevelop and mentor site leadership teamsImprove inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiencyPartner with cross-functional teams to support business growthLead continuous improvement and process optimization effortsTravel approximately 25% to support regional operations
What We're Looking ForExperience leading a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or production facilityStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and driving resultsExperience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performanceContinuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence exposureDesire to grow into broader multi-site operational leadership responsibilitiesBachelor's degree preferred
