• 10+ years of SAP SD/CS experience with strong solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD and Customer Service (CS) .
• Expertise in OTC, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns and credit management .
• Strong SAP CS knowledge covering Service Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, Warranty, Contracts and Service Billing .
• Strong integration experience with MM, FI/CO, PM, EWM and PP .
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation, Fiori and SAP Activate methodology .
• Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, solution design and stakeholder management skills.
