Role: Telecaller Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai Type: Full-Time, On-Site What You’ll Be Doing: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services Engage with leads through calls, emails, and follow-up messages Schedule meetings and assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination Generate leads and support in cold calling campaigns Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and CRM entries Promote our IT and software services to prospective customers ️ Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement What We’re Looking For: ✅ Minimum 1 year of telecalling or client-facing experience ️ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling Experience in outbound sales, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus Must be based in or able to commute to Ghatkopar East, Mumbai Interested?
