Independently operate and maintain HPLC systems. Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods. Perform assay, impurity profiling, stability analysis, and dissolution testing. Troubleshoot analytical and chromatographic issues. Review and interpret analytical data and prepare reports. Stability and Validation Design and execute stability studies according to established protocols. Prepare analytical validation protocols and reports in compliance with ICH guidelines. Participate in process validation and method transfer activities. Documentation and Regulatory Compliance Prepare and maintain SOPs, specifications, analytical methods, and laboratory records. Ensure all activities comply with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements. Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
