Head of Sales

Envertiz Consultancy is currently hiring a Head of Sales for one of our esteemed partners in Kochi, Kerala. If you're a driven B2B sales leader with a strong network across Kerala and a passion for building and scaling sales functions, this is a high-impact opportunity with an attractive package and performance-linked incentives! Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline across corporate, MICE, festival, and government segments Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and client acquisition Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers Develop client-specific sales strategies based on business requirements and budgets Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reports Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth handover and project delivery Contribute to building and leading the sales team as the function expands Requirement: 5–7 years in sales with strong B2B corporate sales experience Proven sales experience within Kerala (Mandatory) Experience in events, media, entertainment or related industries is an added advantage Willingness to travel within the region Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & relationship management skills Business development & strategic thinking abilities Self-motivated with a high level of ownership Recommended Skills: B2B Sales Business Development Corporate Sales MICE Sales Sales Pipeline Management Client Relationship Management Negotiation Sales Strategy Revenue Growth Team Leadership
