Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment , including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both technical and functional IT requirements .

The candidate should be familiar with the US staffing industry, different hiring models such as C2C and W2 , and working with MSP/VMS-based clients .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT client requirements .
• Work on both technical and functional IT positions , including niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
• Create and use effective Boolean search strings to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication skills, availability, location, work authorization, and rate expectations.
• Understand and work with different employment models, including C2C and W2 contract hiring .
• Work on requirements received through MSP/VMS clients and staffing partners .
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment .
• Proven experience recruiting for technical IT roles ; exposure to functional or ERP-related requirements is an added advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Boolean Search
• conduct pre screeing /technial evaluation of applicant,
• Job Portals and Resume Databases
• LinkedIn Sourcing / LinkedIn Recruiter
• Candidate Screening and Shortlisting
• C2C and W2 Hiring
• MSP/VMS-based Recruitment
• Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Knowledge or practical use of AI tools in recruitment and productivity, such as:
• ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot ,Google Gemini, hands on Ms office suite Outlook ,Word, exce,
• Other AI-powered sourcing, research, screening, or productivity tools
• Ability to leverage AI responsibly to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate research, communication, and recruitment workflows
