We're Hiring: Assistant General Manager – Highways | Navi Mumbai

Are you an experienced Highway Design Engineer looking to step into a leadership role? We are hiring an Assistant General Manager – Highways for a leading engineering consultancy specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 7–10 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of highway projects, including alignments, interchanges, urban roads, and Detailed Design/DPR assignments. Review and approve highway designs, drawings, BOQs, reports, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with IRC, Mo RTH, AASHTO, and other relevant highway design standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution. Provide technical leadership, mentor the highway design team, and drive engineering excellence. Participate in design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and project planning activities.

Preferred Profile

M. E./M. Tech. in Transportation Engineering (preferred). 7–10 years of experience in highway design and project management. Hands-on experience with Civil 3 D, Open Roads Designer, MX Road, Auto CAD , and other highway design software. Strong understanding of IRC, Mo RTH, and AASHTO standards. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Candidates from IITs, NITs, or other reputed institutes will be preferred.
