Senior Business Analyst & Prompt Engineer (AI Skills)

Job Description:We are looking for a senior, hands-on professional with strong Business Analysis and Prompt Engineering expertise to design, test, and maintain reusable AI Skills that support business and product development workflows. The ideal candidate will combine strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder management skills with practical knowledge of LLM behavior, prompt design, and AI output evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain reusable AI Skills for business processes, including business case development, requirements gathering, epic and user story generation, design reviews, and testing.Develop, test, and optimize LLM prompts using structured outputs, few-shot examples, contextual instructions, and step-by-step decomposition.Create evaluation frameworks, test cases, and quality rubrics to measure AI output accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Translate stakeholder needs into BRDs, business requirements, epics, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.Define human approval checkpoints, exception handling, and escalation processes for AI-driven workflows.Collaborate with product, technology, risk, compliance, and control teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and audit requirements.Maintain version-controlled documentation and reusable AI Skills libraries.Evaluate different LLMs and model versions for performance, reliability, cost, and latency.Guide business and product teams on effective adoption of AI tools and prompt engineering practices.
Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Process Consulting, or related roles.At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, LLM-based solution design, or applied generative AI.Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, hallucinations, consistency, and instruction-following behavior.Experience creating BRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria (Gherkin or similar), and process/workflow documentation.Experience working with senior stakeholders and independently driving requirements and deliverables.Experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry, with exposure to risk, compliance, and control frameworks.Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Gemini or other enterprise LLM platforms.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, Kiro, Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.Experience with LLM evaluation, red-teaming, or LLM-as-a-judge validation techniques.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and agent-based or multi-agent workflows. xzbcwsv Exposure to the software/product development lifecycle from ideation through release.
