Our client’s accounting department is made up of 11 professionals, and this role reports directly to the AP Manager. You’ll own the full-cycle AP process while also getting exposure to reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close, making it an ideal fit for someone looking to broaden their accounting skill set.
What You’ll Do:Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process in a high-volume environment, from invoice receipt through paymentProcess, code, and review invoices for accuracy and proper approvalServe as the main point of contact for vendors, building strong relationships and resolving discrepancies or payment inquiriesPerform account and bank reconciliationsPrepare and post journal entriesSupport the month-end close process alongside the broader accounting teamAssist with additional projects and process improvements as needed
