Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Director or Manager-level leadership role.Previous experience in healthcare risk management is required.
Preferred QualificationsPrior acute healthcare risk management experience.Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred upon hire.Candidates without CPHRM certification must obtain it within three years of employment.
