They are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with a strong post-tension concrete background who has independently led major ground-up construction projects for the past seven or more years.
Position OverviewThe Traveling Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site leader overseeing all field operations for ground-up industrial and data center developments ranging from $60M–$80M+.
This individual will take full ownership of project execution, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, quality control, and construction sequencing from groundbreaking through turnover.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with post-tension concrete construction, a proven track record of independently leading large-scale projects, and the ability to manage complex field operations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently lead ground-up industrial and data center construction projects valued at $60M–$80M+Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completionManage and coordinate post-tension concrete construction, structural systems, and complex building operationsDirect subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnelDevelop, maintain, and execute construction schedules to ensure project milestones are achievedOversee concrete operations, structural sequencing, MEP coordination, and building envelope constructionMaintain strict safety standards, quality control, and compliance with project specificationsLead subcontractor coordination meetings and manage daily field operationsProactively identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize delaysCollaborate directly with Project Managers, development teams, and ownershipMaintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentationFoster a high-performing, accountable, and safety-focused jobsite cultureEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
