Arise Enterprise is currently hiring an Entry-Level Campaign Specialist to join our growing team in the Port Townsend, WA area.
This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. Campaign Specialists work directly with customers while supporting the day-to-day execution of client campaigns and helping create positive customer experiences.
Our team represents nationally recognized brands and services, including campaigns involvingAT&T products and services.
No extensive industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing development for individuals interested in building their professional skills and growing into leadership opportunities.What You'll DoEngage directly with customers to build relationships and identify potential opportunitiesGenerate leads and support customer acquisition effortsEducate customers on client products, services, and current promotionsAssist with the daily execution of sales and marketing campaignsProvide customers with accurate information and help identify solutions based on their needsParticipate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development trainingWork alongside team members and management to achieve campaign goalsTrack customer interactions, sales activity, and campaign performanceAssist with customer questions throughout the sales processMaintain a professional and positive customer experienceSupport new client initiatives and campaign strategiesIdentify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
