Trademark Attorney

Senior Trademark Attorney - Non-Partner Track Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking a trademark attorney with at least 5 year of experience for its IP practice in New York, Chicago or Washington, DC. The salary range for the position is between $190k to $240k. Qualifications 5+ years of domestic and international trademark prosecution experience. Experience in trademark portfolio management, reviewing trademark search reports and preparing written trademark clearance opinions. Experience monitoring trademark watch notices and preparing written recommendations. Trademark enforcement experience, including prepare cease-and-desist letters, and handling oppositions and cancellation actions before the TTAB. Experience managing international trademark matters and communicating with foreign trademark practitioners. Trademark licensing experience as well as due diligence projects.
