Previous home health sales experience is not required. What You'll Do As an Account Executive, you'll build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners throughout your territory. You'll: Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other referral sources

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Grow home health admissions and achieve sales goals

Manage and develop your assigned territory

Educate referral partners about Concierge Home Care's services

Build a strong professional network within the community

Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities

Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to support successful patient transitions

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and sales activity

Develop and execute strategic territory plans
